Was a pretty good hotel, but in need of refurbishment. There was a lot of yelling in the middle of the night on my floor the first night I was there, apparently from a family altercation. Also, the hotel doesn’t provide or have irons not ironing boards, which is not acceptable for a premium property

Very dramatic design to this hotel. A beautifull buffet in their main restuarant. The front desk is understaffed most times, short on English speakers and gives a poor inpression.

A nightmare not a hotel. Way past its prime. At the best 0.5 star on scale of 5. Food is of low quality. It looked like that this hotel’s Patrons had not eating anything in years. At each meal, there was a mad rush no matter what was served. Nonexistence air-conditioning. At night the smell of sewage was good enough to kill you. Turkish people are nice but staff could not be helpful as management did not care. Avoid all hotels in this area.
