Well, located difficult to park even with valet parking walkable no need for car next time the breakfast. It is good not as wow like the Su all-inclusive resort in Antalya. staff are the best, not very organized during busy time in breakfast.

Clean room ,great staff, great location. Good breakfast but little to no meat as common in Türkiye. Great emergency plan as I was lucky enough to have the 6.1 earthquake one night at 11 pm. Staff was directing us to stairs and directing us to outside. Dispensing water quickly to guests which indicated very good training and good leadership. Great job !!

We have been staying here every time we visit Izmir. Everything is top quality and all members of the crew are extremely kind and welcoming. You feel welcomed the moment you enter the hotel and the feeling stays the same your whole trip. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet. The food is top quality and the variety is great too. The kids love both the indoor and the outdoor pools. The gym is fully equipped and everything is clean and well maintained.

Everything was well thought out. Everything they served was delicious, even the simple things, from their tea to their coffee to just regular fries, they serve anytime around the pool or the lobby etc. I can easily say a lot more about the personnel, amazing. Service is what they lived for.

Excellent facilities and service!

Everything starting from the welcoming services/reception to spa services to breakfast is excellent! Very good location with spacious outdoors territory/park. Highly recommended!

I love this hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable. The food is excellent, and in the Michelin guide book. It has a large beautiful garden for strolling. It is one block from the harbor walk. It has a hot jacuzzi in the spa. If there are minor issues they are quickly taken care of.

I recently stayed at Swissôtel in Izmir and was quite disappointed with the overall experience, especially given the high price point. The service was far from what you’d expect at a hotel of this caliber. Each day we encountered electrical issues — lights not working, air conditioning failing — and although maintenance was sent up every time, no one ever offered to move us to another room for convenience or comfort. Their approach to bottled water under the name of “sustainability” was questionable — they leave refilled bottles in the room, and there’s no clear indication of how clean or safe they are. Room service was also frustrating; it was often hard to reach anyone, and we ended up having to go downstairs ourselves just to find someone. Another major letdown was the inconsistency in their pet policy. While they seem strict about pets, the hotel was full of unsupervised kids running, yelling, and creating chaos in common areas — not exactly a peaceful or relaxing environment. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and don’t plan to return.

Positives I stayed here with my five year old daughter. She was treated kindly by all the staff. She particularly bonded with Ayse, Deniz and Solah. Ayse noticed it had been my daughter's fifth birthday two days before we arrived which was a lovely touch. She always made time for my daughter to sit and chat with her. Beautiful five star hotel, good facilities, full spa, saunas, hairdressers, two pools, indoor and out, which my child loved. There looks like an excellent gym too which I didn't have opportunity to use due to child. Beautiful gardens with sculptures, lovely aroma of Jasmine, lavender, amongst others and a children's play area. Gardeners were landscaping and tending to the plants throughout the day. Good choices at breakfast both of hot and cold food, some Turkish, some international. Good quality non UPF breads, sourdough and wholemeal, good choice of hot foods. Lots of fruits, seeds, berries, chia seeds, herbs, leaves, tahini and Molasses. Anybody following a wholefood way of life would be catered for and able to find WFPB that is not so easy to source outside the hotel. Breakfast staff are very attentive and welcoming. I asked for help from reception twice, once for a sheet because the duvet was too hot and the second time for a top up of green tea. Fantastic service from Housekeeping, Elif and team. Cons Check out was 12noon which is nice. My flight was 9pm so I asked about how much it would cost to use the pool after check out I was quoted £60!
