We enjoyed our stay. The Hotel staff were friendly and the service was very good. The restaurant staff worked very hard and provided excellent service. The room was clean and comfortable to the expected standard. The room was also quite so easy to rest in.

Hotel was in a good location for my business trip. However I chose this hotel because it stated it had a gym and swimming pool, but the swimming pool was closed and the gym was dysfunctional apart from a running machine and a few weights there was nothing else.

The check-in was lightning quick, the service was great, the room was excellent and spacious. My *only* complaint is that the bathrooms are very poorly lit. Otherwise, it was a near perfect stay.

Decent Hotel With Helpful Staff

The cleaning and valet staff were the best part of the hotel...Always very friendly and helpful. The suite rooms are comfortable and very large; perfect for our small family. Our 2 year old son had plenty of space to run around. We had an issue where the ceiling plaster surrounding the showerhead fell down into the shower and created a hole in the ceiling. We informed the staff and they had put in a temporary fix (tape) by the time we returned that evening. They offered to move our room but as it happened on the last day of our stay, we decide to not go to the trouble of moving. Breakfast was decent but the same thing was served all 5 days we were there. Some breakfast variety would be nice. The hotel is in a good location for walking with restaurants and shops nearby. There is limited parking on the street so we used the free valet parking service each time we went out and came back in. All in all, not a bad place to stay.

I never write reviews, but I felt I had to share this so others know what they are walking into. I visit Izmir often and usually stay at the Swiss Hotel in Alsancak. This time, I was trying to save money and chose this hotel instead. It was still pretty expensive regardless and I stayed for two weeks. The experience was disappointing from the start. The reception staff were consistently rude and unprofessional. This was not just someone having a bad day. It was a pattern throughout the stay. The valet service was just as frustrating. Many times I was told there was no parking, so I had to drive around Alsancak looking for a spot and pay extra out of pocket. Housekeeping was also a letdown. The room looked clean at first, but during the entire two weeks they never vacuumed once. Trash that was not placed directly in the bin was left in the room. It was clear that attention to detail and basic cleanliness were not priorities. The worst part was the overall energy. There was no sense of hospitality. It felt like the staff were annoyed by guests. A couple of workers were kind, but most seemed like they did not want to be there. If I had known how bad this would be, I would have booked a cheaper and lower-rated hotel. At least then I would have known what to expect. This hotel is not worth the price or the stress. Avoid it.

Otellerde en önemli beklentimiz hijyen ve temizlik ki bu otelde tam puan. İkinci önemli konu oda genişliği, Kordon'un muadilleri 27m2 ortalamasıyla ve 12 yaşında çocukla zor olurdu diye düşündük ve teklif ederken %10 indirimle suit tuttuk 57m2 2 göz oda genişliği elbette konforu etkiliyor. Kahvaltı hanıma zayıf geldi ama bana göre bir kahvaltıda olabilecek herşey vardı elbetteki herşey dahil sahil kenarı oteller gibi değil. Servis konusuna da değinelim çünkü müşterilere karşı dikkatli ve nazikler ve hızlılar. Havaalanında araç kiraladık sırf otelde vale hizmeti okduğunu bildiğimizden yoksa şehir merkezinde eziyet olurdu. Telefon ile birkaç ricamız oldu ilave yorgan araçta unutulan eşye vesair hızlıca yerine getirdiler sağolsunlar. Sonuç olarak biz memnun kaldik.

Otele yaklasirken aradim, park yeri icin destek istedim. Sagolsunlar araci alip park ettiler cikarken de ayni sekilde otelin onune getirdiler. Otelin konumu cok iyi, kisa bir yuruyusle pasaport iskelesine ulasiyorsun. Kesinlikle cok temiz, odamiz inanılmaz genisti, yenilenmis ve tertemizdi. Cadde ustu olmasina karsin sessizdi. Havuz kucuk ancak yeterli, kahvalti cok cesitli. Personel guleryuzlu ve cok ilgili. Kesinlikle bundan sonra izmirde tek adres olacak benim icin. Teşekkürler
