Great location!

We didn't stay in Izmir or the hotel for too long, less than 24 hours but we really appreciated it being closeby to parking and within walking distance of restaurants. The few hours we did stay, we enjoyed the cleanliness and plenty of room in the rooms to repack before flying home.

A good stay

Great location just a block from the seaside. Easy walking distance to restaurants and the busy pedestrian entertainment area. Not too close to be noisy. Friendly staff and a clean and comfortable room.

Mr. Mert at the reception was very helpful in providing local information as I was in town for the half marathon, Given a room in line with my personal preferences. Quiet and clean and eco-friendly.

This is a modern, clean hotel with great staff. The only thing we did not like was the air conditioning that did not cool the room adequately and we had to sleep in 26 oC room temperature.

Ibis is always a good option. Clean room, comfy bed, good breakfast, pet friendly. A good starting point to walk at Kordon all the way down. There is a huge orange cat named Garfield lives on the reception, it even has its own little house :)

We were subjected to loud music all night long

The first room we were given smelled of cigarettes, so we asked reception to change it. The second room had no odor, but we were subjected to loud music all night long. There was so much noise that we thought the window was open, but it wasn't. It shouldn't have heard so much outside noise.

Very convenient location, 5 min from the main shopping/dining street and the seafront. There is a coffee shop in the building and a cafe where you can sit and work in peace. Air con in the rooms is a bit weak, but on the plus side it is not directly above the bed. The area can be noisy at night with cars honking and police sirens, but nothing majorly disturbing.

The property is centrally located and well maintained. However I had several issues; the safe wasn't working properly, the AC was only in heating mode and wouldn't cool down the room in the afternoon. Also, I had to constantly get the keycards checked at reception because they wouldn't work in the elevators. That was really frustrating. Thankfully the team was friendly and helped me with a smile everytime.
