The staff was outstanding. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They got us through security easily, they parked our car, they gave us an upgraded room at no extra cost, and they took our (many) suitcases directly from our room to the gate.

Great location, right inside the airport. Signage from international arrivals is deficient. Friendly staff and the room was clean and comfortable. Easily connected to public transportation (train, bus, taxi). The breakfast spread was delicious. The room had a menu for a mini bar but the fridge was empty! Note that one has to go through a security check to enter, since the hotel lobby is within the airport, and airports in Turkey have a security control at the entrances as well. Overall a great stay!

Convenient for early flights. Very friendly and helpful staff. The temperature of the room in heating season is stuck at 23C. This seems to be standard in most larger hotels. However there is no operable windows at this hotel from what we could see. We still slept ok , but with no blankets .

People were amazing. The facility was clean and everything we needed was present in the room. Wifi worked, tea, coffee and water and breakfast was amazing. Also you cannot beat the convenience! We had a 6am flight and walked in minutes to the gates.

Spacious and clean room on the 2nd floor. Very large comfortable bed and a good power shower. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Offered a complimentary breakfast, not taken as we had a very early morning flight and then offered a lunch box instead. Appreciated the help of the porter with handling and delivering our 2 suitcases to our room. Always stay here before flights to Europe.

Super convenient location you can find it. We struggled with the signage after a late night flight took us about 45 min and a long walk around the airport to find it. But the breakfast was good friendly staff was great. Room smelled a bit like cigarette smoke.

Great for one night

Ideal stay for one night when travelling. Best part is the breakfast selection. Lots to choose from and well stocked. Rooms are basic but clean, they are comfortable and stocked well. I would say perfect for one night, I wouldn’t choose this hotel for long stays.

Perfect airport hotel

This is the perfect airport hotel situated in Izmir airport terminal a short walk under cover to both domestic and international terminals. The breakfast which has recently been upgraded is superb.
