"We have stayed here many many times over the last 20 years and the property is in real decline. It’s an old hotel but doesn’t have any of the charm of an old hotel. Broken toilet, leaking taps, no air conditioning, rude staff, paper thin walls, under multiple renovations. It was a really disappointing stay for us and I don’t think we will return. "

"The staff was nice and the service was good they brought us extra toiletries and towels without us asking because they saw how many of us were there, just the condition of the property itself does not warrant it a 4 star hotel. We found ants in our room, the ice machine was not working on our floor it was only working on 2 floors in the entire building, the elevator on one side was stuck didn't bother trying to use it for the time that we were there. The lobby looks like 4 stars but the room could've been more improved. "
