The room didn’t look like the pictures, and the hotel said they can upgrade but they didn’t have rooms available, and it was never upgraded. (Actually, we didn’t need an upgrade, just to get what we were supposed to have) Overall, the experience was ok.

"We visited during the shoulder season and the pool was closed. The Roof Top Restaurant had reduced hours. The sheets and towels were tattered. This left an impression with me. The best part of our stay was the breakfast offered daily by the hotel."
