Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ© et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Une vue magnifique sur la mer, IdĂ©al hors saison pour de longues balades sur la plage. Seul petit bĂ©mol, le matelas de la chambre est trĂšs trĂšs ferme mais cela ne nous a pas empĂȘchĂ© de passer un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour.

AgrĂ©ablement surpris une vue magnifique, appartement refait Ă  neuf avec goĂ»t. Cuisine fonctionnelle, mais nous avons prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© cuisiner sur la terrasse une plancha Ă  disposition. La piscine entretenue et la mer Ă  2 minutes. Restaurants commerces Ă  proximitĂ©s. La voiture reste sur le parking. Ça reste notre meilleur locataire Ă  Rochelongue. Un grand merci au propriĂ©taire. Ns avons passé 5 nuits dans cet appartement bien décoré et équipé. Résidence sécurisée. Concierge disponible et à l'écoute. Environnement agréable : vue super et belles plages. En février, séjour trÚs calme : peu de monde, peu de voiture, parking gratuit et boutiques fermées.

Pour ces fĂȘtes de fin d’annĂ©es nous rĂȘvions de calme avec une vue apaisante sur la mer. Nous sommes ravis car c’est ce que nous avons trouvĂ© dans ce superbe appartement. Cet appartement est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, il y a vraiment TOUT ! Et mĂȘme tout pour les enfants. Notre fille de presque 3 ans a adorĂ© les jeux et nous ne manquions de rien. La vue est juste sublime. Le coin est vraiment superbe Ă©galement et trĂšs calme Ă  cette pĂ©riode. Un immense merci nous reviendrons c’est certain ! Nous avons trouvĂ© la perle rare. Seul petit bĂ©mol, les oreillers qui sont un peu raplapla mais c’est le seul petit dĂ©tail sur lequel nous aurions Ă  redire. Merci pour tout et Ă  trĂšs vite.

L’appartement est moderne,fonctionnel ,joliment dĂ©corĂ©,trĂšs bien placĂ©.A notre arrivĂ©e nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis par FrĂ©dĂ©ric. Il a Ă©tĂ© de trĂšs bon conseils pour les restaurants, nous nous sommes rĂ©galĂ©s! sejour tres agreable et reposant a cette saison, la remise des clĂ©s et le dĂ©part se sont trĂšs bien passĂ© avec efficacitĂ©. L'appartement idĂ©alement placĂ© permet en hors saison mĂȘme si le temps est gris d'avoir l'impression d'ĂȘtre sur la plage. Un petit bĂ©mol, frĂ©quent sur ce type d'appartement est que la chambre Ă  coucher est rĂ©duite et sa fenĂȘtre donne sur la coursive. A deux personnes cela ne pose pas de problĂšme car nous avons dormis au salon, mais en pleine saison si vous souhaitez dormir fenetre ouverte c'est un peu plus dĂ©licat.

Sehr schöne, moderne, neue und renovierte Wohnung. Es fehlte an rein gar nichts. Auch die KĂŒche ist top ausgestattet! Die Vermieter und Verantwortlichen waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. WLAN funktionierte schnell und problemlos. Alles bestens. Ausser, dass das Schwimmbad frĂŒhzeitig geschlossen wurde. Dies aber passiert in den Siedlungen in Cap d'Agde immer hĂ€ufiger, dass aus fadenscheinigen GrĂŒnden, das Bad in einer RĂ©sidence frĂŒhzeitig geschlossen wird. Oft sind nicht einmal die Besitzer der Wohnungen darĂŒber informiert. Das ist sehr schade. FĂŒr Personen, die aus dem Ausland dort Ferien machen, sind die Temperaturen immer noch warm genug, um den Pool zu geniessen. Und COVID ist ja auch kein Grund, denn die Badeanlage ist im September niemals ĂŒberlaufen.

GrundsÀtzlich ein schönes eingerichtetes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Leider fanden wÀhrend unseres Aufenthaltes tÀglich Musikveranstaltungen nur 200 Meter entfernt statt.
