This premiere classe was well below the standard we expect of the chaine, externally in need of attention and the bathroom fixtures loose. The bathroom itself was different to the norm with more space but fitted out for tall people e.g toilet raised high!

Inexpensive basics for an overnight
The room is cramped, but the price is very low. For the low price the room was very clean with comfortable beds. Because check-in after after 8:00 pm is electronic - the desk is closed - you better have the THEIR reservation code or you might not get a key to access your room. The only other option is if the person can be reached by phone and they come to assist.

old 1960's 3 story bock hotel
The bed fills the room with a shower at the end. Its a bed & a shower and that's it. If this is what you want then ok. But, the area is full of very nice places and I made a point of leaving early and coming back late. There were lots of French people staying so its popular and the room was clean. It's simply that its like a prison cell and as its on an industrial estate there is really no where to walk. I found village hotels that were very nice at a reasonable price and I would advise that you shop around. Agen does not have much going for it either - but the countryside and villages are great. On my first night I requested to amend my booking to a reduce number of days so I could find somewhere else - not possible, no refunds given. NOT Recommended unless you are unable to find anywhere else to sleep

Comme la nuitée précédente, résidents de l’hôtel peu avenants qui semblaient être des personnes hébergées, des femmes un peu libertines. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. La chambre n’a pas du tout était faite. Personne n’est rentrée faire le ménage. J’ai du demander personnellement deux serviettes et un rouleau de papier toilette. Nous sommes très mécontents de votre hôtel….Belle arnaque car nous avons même payer plus cher que la somme prévue lors de la réservation. 103,90euros au lieu de 102euros..pour qu’elle raison?

De nombreuses personnes, des femmes d’origine de pays de l’Est habitent l’hôtel. Sensation d’insécurité. Forte odeur de cigarettes dans la chambre, coussins. Nous avons réservé deux nuits. Nous sommes partis ce matin à 10h30, et là il est 15h48 notre chambre n’a pas été faite. Nous n’avions qu’une seule serviette de toilette pour 2. Pas de serviette pour le sol, sachant que la douche coule par terre malgré le rideau…Nous sommes très déçus et regrettons d’avoir payé la deuxième nuit car nous serions partis.
