Staff was great especially the night auditor who was very kind after my train arrived two hour late from Paris (12:05AM). Not only did I have breakfast, but came back for lunch. The hotel was lovely. I loved the historic architecture. If visiting during the off season,be aware that little to no resturants or cafes are open. Very short walk to the sanctuary of Lourdes. Staff was friendly.
