Wefelt safe.the entire apartment was right for us.huge bathroom with perfect size tub,kitchen and stuff were all right for our needs.lovely boulangerie was just right at the corner plus convenient store.walkable steps and corners to the Grotto ,about 16-20mins.location is perfect away from bustling tourists.

I would come back & stay here. Very Quiet & pretty convenient to the sanctuary of our lady of Lourdes. Short walk to the bakery down the street. The room is pretty good size with the kitchen. I didn’t use the kitchen! It’s just outdated but clean. I wouldn’t stay too close down to the downtown cuz it noisy. People are talking late at night.

Good hotel

The hotel was clean and quiet, with a swimming pool. The kitchen was well-equipped — nothing was missing. The elevator is definitely a plus. I didn't pay extra for breakfast, but I found the price a bit too high. The only small downside was that we ran out of toilet paper after three nights — it was restocked on the fourth day.

A lovely pool breakfast available @13 euros if want. great service when check-in had my details and went straight to our room clean tidy warm all the mod cons comforts. Comfortable. the location is great. close to the train station and the attractions. the view in our veranda is obsolutely beautiful. we walked rhe whole time we were there. the breakfast options is a bonus. the grocery is just a block away and there's bakery nearby . the receptionist is very friendly and helpful.

Solange was very helpful. Accomodated to change room for two double beds with no problems The pool was very relaxing and met my expectations per the online pictures. Breakfast area was very bright with lots of windows and ample room. Selection was well provided including eggs and the coffee machine had excellent coffee to my surprise. Pillows and linens were very clean and comfortable. Kitchenette well equipped except no utensils on arrival had to ask for some.

The photos on the listing are very misleading. The property looks nothing like the pictures — it seems those were taken years ago, possibly right after construction or renovation. The exterior is quite run down and in need of maintenance. The rooms are decent in size, but they also need updating. The bathroom and furniture are old and worn out. The beds, however, seem newer and were reasonably comfortable. The staff was the best part of the stay — very kind and accommodating, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the reception hours (8 a.m.–12 p.m. and 3 p.m.–6 p.m.) are not convenient. If you need assistance outside of those times, it can be a real challenge, especially since you need a local phone to reach them. Breakfast is not included, and while it was okay, there was very little variety. Overall, this property has potential but needs significant updates and better management to meet guest expectations. I would rate it 3 out of 10.

Everything was nice, the surrounding, the shared space outside, and the view. The room was clean and towels were in place. However the breakfast wasn’t satisfying, they had the minimum for a price of 12,99€/person, no vegetables or fruits were served and little to no variation of cheese and meat was served. They only had egg, bread, jam, cheese and small croissants which is disappointing for a four stars hotel. The staff were kind. I recommend this place except for the breakfast.
