Our stay at Daniela’s home was wonderful! Thproperty is impeccably maintained, extremely clean, and perfectly located for hiking and traveling—whether by bus or car—to nearby destinations. The town’s restaurants are excellent, and you can easily walk to the city center in about 20 minutes.Daniela ...

It’s surprisingly time consuming to get from Agerola down to the coast road or beaches, but a great location for hiking in the mountains. There are plenty of hotels further down the mountain side with great views which are s lot more accessible.
Loved Agerola, beautiful views and hikes and away from the madness of the coast road.
Agerola is a good base for exploring the Amalfi Coast as you are part-way between some of the lovely places to visit: Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento and Pompeii.
Do not recommend driving unless you are VERY confident
Nice enough, but uninteresting in comparison with the whole area. Good for hill walking, not meant for history/culture! On the other hand, it is not destroyed by tourist hordes and car blight. The road down to Amalfi is great with spectacular views.
