The hotel was clean and centrally located to attractions in the area. Our balcony had a very nice view of the sea. The women at the desk were wonderful. They were very friendly helpful and accommodating. There was good communication from them before we arrived asking if we had any questions or needed any recommendations etc. this was a nice added feature.

Thanks for the great view I had, right above the Franco bar. Everything was great - service superb, but there were ants on the coffee table and hence took a star down for cleanliness. Outside of this small issue, everything was SUPERB!!!

The location was perfect. We had a private terrace with an outstanding view. Close to the center and all shopping. Margarita was so helpful leading up to and during our stay. Very clean and comfortable.

This property has everything ,we were in the superior suite spacious room with fantastic views.great location directly across from Franco’s bar and a short walk down to the port.the staff are absolutely fantastic very friendly and helpful would highly recommend this place

We had the most wonderful wonderful experience at the Alcoine residence. Both margarita and Marta went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. The room was incredibly clean, very big exactly like the photos. The view of Potano was absolute perfection and the hospitality above everything else made our very special trip even more memorable we are very thankful for them For all of their kindness and care. We will certainly be recommending this hotel to all of our friends and family as well as others who are looking for a place to stay in Positano and in the Amalfi Coast we are very thankful and appreciative. Looking forward to going back soon.

The apartment we had was much nicer than expected. The location was perfect for walking to and from the beach and wonderful restaurants. The Staff was amazingly helpful, professional and polite. This hotel is highly recommended and the city is just amazing.

Booked this property back in November only to find that the price went down the day after the deadline (3 weeks before check in) to make changes. I contacted the hotel and was denied a price adjustment. Upon arrival, the manager, Martina, was rude and aggressive when she explained to me that she did nothing wrong to justify the price adjustment and that our friends who booked a larger room later than we had for a lower price just got lucky. She saw how disappointed I was but didn't care about customer satisfaction. Since there were no other upgraded rooms available, I was looking for a price adjustment or at the very least some sort of non-monetary compensation to make me feel like I was a valued guest. That did not happen here! I will not be staying here again or recommending this place to others.

We loved everything about Alcione; don’t hesitate book the staff were outstanding! Housekeeping even removed my clothes from the washing machine and hung them to dry. Would love to come back again and stay here even longer.

部屋はとても広々としていて、特にバルコニーは2人では広すぎるくらいだったが、部屋からの眺めも良くて最高だった。港からホテルまでは坂道と階段が多く、大きなスーツケースを持ってる場合は港近くで声をかけられるポーターに荷物を運んでもらう方がいいと思う(1荷物につき10ユーロ、労力を考えると安いと思った)
