The staff were so friendly and the hotel location is near the city centre. We had an amazing see view and we really enjoyed our staying at the hotel. We wished if they had better/ fresher towels and beddings.

We had an amazing stay! The customer service was outstanding — everyone was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. The food at the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the facilities were beautiful and well-maintained. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience!

We were nervous about staying here after reading reviews but had a lovely stay and felt that the hotel was a great option given the price. Yes, it would benefit from new carpet in the hallways and the rooms could be updated, but overall it was certainly nice enough to sleep in, with very helpful staff, clean rooms, and very attractive grounds and pool. Short walk to main areas of Positano but lots of stairs!

Clean room with great air conditioning and all staff super great and friendly! Check in a breeze! Bus stop right at top or front desk could call a cab Shops right at bus stop drop off Ate in restaurant delicious and super service . Patio at night to sit out and look at beautiful lights surrounding area amazing!!! Great bar service too!

Very nice view from the restaurant & rooms balcony. However, need to take so many stairs to get there. It totally worth to send luggages by lift services. Staffs are nice, but everything is kind of too old. It's time to have a nice renovation.

This hotel had a lot of Italy details and the views overlooking the city were breathtaking. It’s walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and beach. No need for a taxi. The staff were attentive and made you feel welcomed. I would definitely book again.

I am sure it was a nice hotel in its day however it needs some work. Pool is great however the location of the hotel is not what is described unless you want to walk 1000 steps. Fornillo is the place to stay for best restaurants and walking

Nice hotel excellent views from the bar/restaurant terrace. Good and plenty selection of breakfast. My only bad point is to get to the room from the reception. Long windy walks through two elevators. Not easy with the luggage. Otherwise no problem good hotel and good staff

Had a great trip to Positano! Like many other reviews this hotel needs some updates around the property. However I will say we appreciated the maids and cleaning staff(room was also refreshed perfectly!) fresh towels everyday, great balcony and a lot it had to offer. The bus is amazing and a MUST use if you stay here. Breakfast was also very nice and they have a wonderful patio to dine on if the weather is nice- breakfast staff are very attentive and kind.

Very nice property and accommodation for the price. I like the location, the public beach access and local bus transportation are near hotel. Not easily walkable down and up 800 steps to the village of Positano, taxis are $40-50 each ride one way, but the hotel did have parking on the street for scooters and small cars if you rent those. Large nice pool which was closed for the season. Delicious free breakfast with my reservation. The room was very clean and large with ample closet space and large patio. It was a bit dated. Tree outside room blocked view of the village and water, but I could see the mountain. I would definitely stay here again. Quick response by reception to requests. Mateo at reception was very professional and helpful.
