The staff are friendly and accommodating, gives informative communication to guests like directions, wifi, amenities, etc. They tidy our room, change sheets and provide fresh towels daily. We had a good experience in this hotel.

Hotel Leon was a very clean quiet property to stay at with approximately a 10 to 12 minute walk into the city of Sorrento. Close proximity was a huge plus. Rooms are very small as our bathrooms and a bit outdated but very clean staff very friendly, helpful, and nice. Breakfast included is a huge plus. Outdoor patio and pool very nice.

Extremely friendly staff, lovely variety of food for breakfast, spacious room which was cleaned very well every day. The pool area was great, there was always a sun bed available and the pool was the perfect temperature and size. Excellent location, only a short walk from the centre and quiet at night. Would highly recommend this hotel!

This's hotel was Super clean and in a great Location. The evening man on reception was so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was spot on too.

Room & food was very good. Pool was nice and it was very close to the centre of Sorrento and the train station. However very disappointed to be charged 40 euros for the use of 2 towels on our last day. The hotel also wanted to charge us a further 40 euros to have clean towels to use in the pool side shower cubicle which we challenged. The pool does get very busy and overcrowded as the hotel allows locals to use the facilities so you have no priority as a guest.

We loved our 5 night stay at Hotel Leone! It was a really short walk to the center and conveniently in a safe area and has a parking lot for your car. The room was super clean and breakfast was nice. Would definitely stay here again. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool as it was May and too cold but we’d love to go back!

This hotel is a little gem. So close to all the main streets in Sorrento but tucked away so you are not in the hustle & bustle. All the staff are so friendly & can’t do enough for you, they are a credit to the hotel. The rooms, restaurant & pool are very clean so that also gets top marks. The breakfast selection is fantastic, an amazing variety of food & drink with something a bit different everyday. I would definitely recommend & stay here again.

Hotel front staff gave away our reserved car and driver. They lied and said they were backed up in traffic we saw the actual driver leave with other people then come back later. Also our driver company confirmed this. This caused confusion, concern , and unneeded stress with giving away the car so much we left some nice jacket behind when we had to scramble to get our car. AC did not work. Room was hot and caused miserable nights with no sleep. All the front desk would say sorry and offered no solution to solve the issue that caused sleepless nights. The cleaning and breakfast staff were amazing. Management and front desk can learn what hospitality means. Will never go back.

The hotel was really fantastic! The location was perfect to walk down to the shops and restaurants it the popular tourist spots. There were lots of places really close to the hotel as well and were a quick walk. The pool was outstanding. The breakfast was probably the best I’ve had with fresh pastries, various cheeses and fruits. The staff was really friendly as well.

The staff were incredibly hospitable, the beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was an incredible spread of savory and sweet, everything was delicious. The view from my balcony was beautiful and I had an amazing stay. Nice pool and bar/restaurant. Highly recommended, especially for the price. Exceeded expectations!

Great find in Sorrento

Great find in Sorrento! Perfect location for walking into town and access to public transport. Pool area was lovely and really welcome for a relaxing day. Shame we weren’t allowed access on checkout day though, which would have been nice, at least for the morning. Rooms really nice, modern and comfortable. Just maybe a little more storage? Breakfast acceptable, but maybe more hot food options? Overall would highly recommend.

The rooms were very clean , the only negative the shower very small if you were a larger person it would be very difficult to take shower. Also we weren’t told that locals are a abke to access swimming pool for a fee so it was used by locals as well as guests and a lot of children so ugly you want quiet don’t come here peak season
