Cute balcony view with tons of shops

The suite was well layed out and came complete with a small kitchenette. Very walkable from our location. The staff were amazing. I had questions before we even started our vacation and they were quick to respond. Upon arrival, they were extremely helpful in trying to make our vacation a memorable experience. The only concern would be the first flight of stairs that had to be climbed before reaching the elevator. If stairs are an issue then this could be game changing. We didn’t give it a second thought. All the positives out weighed this one negative. We highly recommend this location. It should be noted that they have a few other properties in the area.

Yes, it was everything we had hoped for. Well located and appointed. Close to everything. The best part was the helpful YOUROPO staff. RITA was amazingly helpful. She is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. Her assistance made our visit so much more enjoyable. Her colleague, LUZ, was also very detailed and wonderful to work with. Thank you! Great stay. The room was very clean, spacious, and had modern decor. Beds were comfortable, and the view was beautiful. Staff were very helpful—Nuno assisted us with everything we needed. The location is perfect, right in the center of town, close to the metro and next to a major food market. We loved it.

The hotel is well run, very welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was spotless, and the housekeeping staff was very attentive.
