Check-in was not clearly explained, and there were no pre-arrival instructions, even after speaking to the host the day prior to check-in. "The staff working at the hotel are super friendly and try their best to accommodate the needs of costumers - our ferry to Kefalonia was cancelled and they were quick to keep our reservation on hold for another day. "Really loved our stay at Red Tower Hotel, the staff were super friendly and professional, the rooms were spacious, bright and clean. The birds get chirpy early but it’s nice to hear them. The views from the pool area are stunning. There isn’t much around so it’s peaceful, ensure you have a car and the nearest ports are 5 mins drive away. It’s only 15 mins drive from lefkada town and at most an hour to all the attractions and famous beaches. Highly recommend!"
