"Really wanted a massage and spa treatment, but despite me visiting the spa on 3 separate days and waiting 2 to 3 hours on 2 days, nobody showed up. This would really have made my trip perfect, as I was staying at the Elounda golf resort for the previous week, which is not comparable in terms of the cost, so felt this really did ruin my holiday experience as I had to leave the hotel to find other places."

"Nice hotel and beach area. Very clean and spacious inside. Breakfast was nice but didn't enjoy the evening buffet which comes with the booking if you want it or not. Drinks and restaurant food in the hotel very expensive. However there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby if you don't like an evening buffet or expensive drinks or meals."
