Well thought out for families, still allowing sufficient space for privacy/quiet time for a couple with only child. Lots of activities and areas for our child to make friends. Excellent food, all the staff (particularly the unsung service heroes) were superb. A wonderful experience. Book any restaurant meals as early as possible!

"Great hotel, classy but not pretentious, close to the ferry port. Staff were really helpful and welcoming. Nicely appointed room. Excellent roof terrace with pool overlooking Venetian harbor. Only down side is it’s right on the path of aircraft taking off from Heraklion so it’s quite noisy."
