"This property quite simply is heaven. The view was breathtaking at all hours, and there were so many place to enjoy it outdoors in various seats or in the gorgeous pool. The interior was also beautiful and felt lived in just the right amount - plenty of room for our whole family with beautiful views from 2 of the bedrooms. The beach is a little tricky to reach from the house but the pool and the view from it so stunning that I didn't mind at all. Dreaming of the day I can come back here again soon!"

"This villa is spectacular. It’s views of the Ionian Sea with Mt. Etna in the background are unrivaled. The pool is saltwater and large. The patio is massive and there must be a dozen places you can’t sit, each offering something special. It has long tables for family dinners both inside and out. The property is totally private and even the clothesline is a lovely brick patio with a blooming bird of paradise and the fragrance of the sea. It is really a magical spot set for making family memories.Giani and Francesca, the caretakers, are lovely and happy to help with anything you need. Francesca’s lasagna is probably the best I’ve ever eaten. Her Tiramisu was up there as well. They are eminently friendly and helpful for anything you need.At this price, this is a great stay. However, a professionally run and managed property, it is not. The host was not particularly responsive and generally seemed uninterested in providing the slightest bit of support. Towels were old and worn and a general cleanliness of the house was lacking. Basic necessities (toilet paper, dish soap) were short until we asked for them. The only other downside is it is a bit far to places you might want to go - there is no nearby market or restaurant and downtown Syracuse is a good 40 minutes away. As others have mentioned, if you can move beyond the quirks of the place, this is a great value stay. You won’t find such a large property in such a spectacular setting at this price anywhere else."

"What a spectacular accomodation!! Perfect location, you are an hour from everything on the east coast of Sicily. Francesco is the ultimate host, everything was beyond perfect, beautiful, breathtaking. Anything you think you need he has. The pictures do not do this place justice. If you are going to eastern Sicily, stay no where but here, you will not regret it . I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Thank you Francesco, till we see each other again, the Termini family "
