This luxury apartment, completely renovated and equipped with all the most modern facilities, enjoys an incomparable view of the Mediterranean Sea.

With a direct access to the beach, it is only 150 m2 from the beach which is accessed by a private staircase reserved for the residents of the building.

The design of the apartment is inspired by natural elements such as sand and stone and features bespoke furnishings designed by a local interior designer.

The stunning terrace has a living area with outdoor lounge and dining area with table and chairs in natural wood and bamboo.

The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king size bed with memory foam mattress and TV screen, blackout curtains, wardrobe, design lighting and panoramic sea view.

The living area has a kitchen space signed SNAIDERO (leading brand in design kitchens) furniture in natural ash wood and Sicilian majolica.
