"Quaint but very clean 2 BR condo. King bed in 1 bedroom, Queen in the other. The owner was super nice and accomodating. 5 minute drive to the beach. Taxi available at entrance of complex at all times. A ton of avtivities close by. Only negative is that there was no hot water. I think the water tank outside is heated by the sun, but didn't warm it much. AM showers were a little chilly....but we managed ok...one day in the sun and it was actually refreshing."

"Overall, this property met our needs. The location worked well for the golfers in the group and is close to the small shops in the Marina and the market in the shopping district. "Tucked on a hillside overlooking Ixtapa, the villas are a peaceful spot to settle in to after your day at the beach. Most days started with the 4.5 km walk in to the main market area near the resorts , along a biking/walking pathway between Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo. Cab rides home at nite typically cost 120 pesos , Rooms are spacious and beds were comfy king size. Owner and staff were quick to respond to any requests , including laundry if you’re staying longer."

"This property is in need of a better water system. The water went out several times during our stay and it took the owner a long time to restore it. Once it did come on it would only stay on for a short time. The owner needs to remedy this problem before it should be rented again. We did with out water 2/4 days of our stay. "The taxi cab drivers need to learn where the restaurants are located. That is their fricking job. How hard could that be. Don't drop us off on the wrong side of the bridge and say El Pescador is down the pedestrian walkway, when it is nowhere close. Also, know when restaurants are closed for the slow season. Where is their Chamber of Commerce?"
