Most of the staff were awesome but there does seem to be a bit of confusion about the restaurants and whats included and the Capitan of Las brissas 2 was extremely rude to us and our friends but other than that everyone else was great!!

Holiday Inn Resort Ixtapa All-Inclusive by IHG
Very overcrowded. Had to wait in line for almost every meal. 480 rooms and one weekend I was told they had 2480 guests.

The room was spotless. The staff were wonderful and most helpful. Jordan recommended a great nearby breakfast restaurant for us to eat at. Beautiful landscaping and walking area
