Wonderful stay at Lenscape. As soon as you walk in you receive five star treatment. Stunning pool, jacuzzi, views, classy touches and great breakfast too. Staff couldn't do more for you, all excellent. Perfect for a couples break away from a toddler and pregnant in the third trimester! It's tranquillity in the heart of the city.

I was double charged at the property and they refused to refund the second charge, 600 euro. (Yes, I mistakenly booked twice, but alerted Eurostars as soon as I knew.) The hotel was full, so they could not have honored my duplicate reservation. Do I need my 600 euro, yes! Does a giant company like Eurostars need my 600 euros? Not really! Book away to a company that will treat you fairly.
