It was amazing . Easy, we arrived midnight and they took us to our room on a golf cart. Communicating to have the room cleaned , needed new towels , within a short time staff arrived. Jobos beach was 6 min away , crash boat 20 min. Plenty of food options outside the resort.

One of the best beach front retrieves in Puerto Rico. Surfers Paradise steps away. Top rated restaurant in property. I visit this resort 2-3 times a year and will continue to do it.

Location is great and the beach is nice. The room was not good. This was a good ole bait and switch tactic. We expected to be much closer to the beach with some sort of view. Instead our patio view was hedge bushes. The restaurant was awesome. Too bad we were never told it was going to be closed and unavailable to resort guests for the entire day Saturday. The floors in our room probably haven’t been mopped or thoroughly cleaned in weeks. Our feet were instantly black from the filth on the floors. Not to mention the debris and sand left from previous guests that was never cleaned. We have cockroaches come out of the walls every night we were there. And the hot water situation is a joke. Either ice cold or boiling hot showers. Neither which are enjoyable when you are trying to rinse off a 5 year old numerous times a day. This was advertised as a nice condo with a full kitchen. Yet it lacked kitchen supplies. It had some plates and utensils. Including 5 baby sized spoons? Why I have no idea. Yet no bowls to eat out of. Not even a salt or pepper shaker lol. Super disappointed to the point that we left a day early and booked another room somewhere else.

Villa Montana is in a wonderful location, family friendly, on a private beach with a Horse ranch next door. Our Villa was a bit small but it worked, drapes worn torn and the decor could use an upgrade. Beds on the beach needed new upholstery, looked worn and tattered. But overall a nice and peaceful getaway. Jobos Beach is nearby, lots of restaurants to choose from. Locals are great, very polite and helpful. would love to come back with the family for a reunion.

One bedroom villa was clean, spacious and comfortable. The Eclipse restaurant had good food and service. We enjoyed walking on the beach, relaxing in the pool and getting fit in the gym.

Not really clean rooms. Have to request change of the assigned villa, it was not well disclosed when selecting this facility. No such a beach view as originally described when selecting the facility. Kitchen, have to wrap all the food because little ants were present. Staff facilitates what they can do within their own field of responsibility. In general, very courteous and friendly

The property is lovely and the restaurant staff is excellent. The superior room is small but fine with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom definitely needs to be updated. Housekeeping services were not always provided. For over $400 per night, I certainly expected to come back to a clean, well stocked room at the end of the day.
