"First of all you have to pay to park $25 a day in their parking garage. The elevators took forever. Got to the room and there was no toilet paper, and there were still used pool towels hanging up from the previous person. Theres no tv in the bedroom, and even the one in the living room was so cheap that it was unusable. No streaming service options. The shower head was terrible, barely a trickle of water. The amenities were amazing. The pool, great. The gym, the best ive seen. Overall i wouldnt stay here again because the room was just subpar. "

"The room was nice & clean on the inside. Staff was pleasant & very helpful. Unfortunately the outside trashcans were over flowing all the time. The pool looked clean & inviting. Guests were happily enjoying it. "

"The hotel is completely run down and outdated. There were bugs. There were a lot of undesirable people through the property who appeared to not be associated with any of the rooms. No map or directions given. A 15 min policy for a refund. Took 15 minutes to find the room and was not able to get a refund. This should not be a hotel advertised on Hotel.com "

"Very private bungalow right in a busy neighborhood but you wouldn't notice. Outdoor area was so relaxing and anything and everything we needed from the host was taken care of. Would definitely want to come back. The only thing i would change and it's so trivial, please bring back the fish wall. That was so cool. Liked that much better than the black accent wall. Very trippy, hippie vibes in the middle of everything you would need. "
