Hotel was good, the area is very close to Chase Field and food is nearby. Just be aware that Waymo won't go to the front of the hotel, only to 101 E Jackson, and Lyft will pick you up at the corner of 2nd.

Excellent staff, very helpful and kind. The location was great! We were right across from the arena for the NBA between the OKC Thunder and Phoenix Suns. Round 1 game 3. Only downside was the cleanliness of the room. It wasn’t really cleaned up to standard. The only reason I say that is because I was a housekeeper before and I cleaned hotel room rooms. The housekeeping needs to do a better job personal opinion.

We had travelled from El Paso to Phoenix and arrived around 11:30 am and there was a baseball game at 1pm..the staff were very accommodating for an early check in and it was a 5 min walk to the ball park, valet parking staff were friendly, rooms were clean and bed was awesome.
