The hotel is located in a very convenient area, the rooms and hotel were very clean and ac worked wonderful. The breakfast was not great or completely drag but was still an ok option for those traveling in a hurry. Enjoyed my stay overall and will stay again

For one breakfast wasn’t really the best. Simple waffles and cereal. Description at time of reservation said other wise. Pool was dirty the whole time. The whole plan needs a renovation inside out in my opinion very outdated but it’s well for its price 340 for 2 nights.Area is a bit sketchy not going to lie. Will say rooms were clean. They smell decent. Cleaning staff was very friendly.

The room was dirty and poorly maintained. The bedding were flimsy and very scratchy for some reason. The bathroom was even worse and there was no soup for bathing. They were very generous and gave us a credit for our ride from the airport and their breakfast was good too. The staff were quite kind. This place is only good for the briefest of stays. The rooms are quite dirty and it was in the middle of the night so we couldn’t see a lot. We can’t imagine how bad the place will look in the day

This was my third stay at Greentree Inn and Suites, Phoenix Airport. Some of the reasons I stay there: Staff are always friendly and helpful (and someone is at the desk 24/7), they have a continental breakfast buffet each morning, they provide airport shuttle services as part of the stay and they have amenities like a laundry room and gym.

Staff were excellent the Uber service was so helpful. Front desk , especially the manager was so kind and friendly . The breakfast was ok and the suite was nice and roomy. The toilet needs to be updated though, the water would not stop until you jiggled the handle.
