Ended up in a smoker room (did not ask for it). AC controller apparently broke free from its human tormentors and started a rebellion.

5 star hotel with 2 star features.
Start with entry reception welcome was not so good. Room given had very bed outside view which lead non opening of curtains during the stay. No room replacement provided when asked. Qhe go for breakfastt and dinner some staff are looking to hide themselve when asked for service. Food was excellent with Cher ravi and staff rohit was giving their best to the customers satisfaction. In room some basic aminities was missing like irn board is there without iron. Switchboard hiding behind the table. Satellite box hiding under the table. Swimming pool is on top of the hotel in open. Spa facilities was temperory out of service.

They gave us two rooms in floors under reconstruction, the air did not work in either of them and the smell of paint was terrible, after we complained they moved us to another floor where everything was in order.

This is only a five star hotel by name but a three to four star hotel in terms of staff and service. There is no proper pool of cars available to guests. We reserved a Sedan for a trip to Patan for which the hotel charged 8000 rupees. When the time came for pick up, the hotel sent us a derelict taxi for transport, which was completely unacceptable. They did change the car after arguing for an Innova with a broken windshield. The breakfast and dinner buffets are good but the takeaway meals are appalling. We requested club sandwiches for takeaway. When we opened the boxes, we found the most ridiculous, small sandwiches, no fries, no napkin. Just the box. Besides, the rooms are poorly designed. The bathrooms give no privacy to guests. There is no place to hang clothes and no door isolating the bathroom. There is just a door for the toilet and one for the shower. Very inconvenient. Having been to several Marriott hotels in India and abroad I can say this is their worst offering in their “five-star” line-up. Not recommended

Nice Hotel but lacks in few areas..
Food was Ok but Res, Manager Pradeep was caring & provided excellent service and made my stay enjoyable. The pool and fitness was closed for VIP guests being the only issue and made us leave 5 days earlier.. Otherwise was worth trying

Wonderful hotel
Had a very nice comfortable stay for 1 night at the hotel. The front desk was very swift in doing the checkin process. The club/executive room that I had booked was amazingly big and clean. 4 ppl can easily stay in this huge room. The room had all the Pre requisite from a 5 star. The breakfast served was elaborate and tasty. All the staff in the hotel followed strict covid precautions. I would love to stay in this hotel for a longer period of time to experience their hospitality to the fullest.

The staff were very helpful indeed, to name a few, Mohak Khurana, Pratik, Harsimran, and Lata at the front desk. Restaurant staff were also very helplful indeed. I regularly use this Hotel and recommed it very highly to anyone thinking of going there.
