My Wife and daughter checked in later in the evening. Front Desk staff was kind enough to arrange baggage drop off to the room. Upon going into the Room, we found out someone else was already in the room and sleeping. We were rushed out of the room and allocated another room. The hotel is very convenient to the airport and has an onsite liquor store. This is important if you want to drink, as the state of Gujarat is dry. The air conditioner in the first room I was assigned did not work.The gym is adequate but several of the machines were out of service. The pool is nice but the first lounge chair I tried was also broken. The breakfast was fine with good service from the staff. The spa was very good. Overall the stay was fine especially for the price paid.

The hotel was a lovely stay. Fantastic end to a hectic few days. Staff friendliness was good, especially on arrival and in the restaurant. Not so good in reception in the morning as they failed to even mention taking payment for airport drop off, and failed to realise whilst not included in booking was on paperwork as i had requested in the morning. Had a 30min spa treatment for both myself and wife, which was fantastic. One improvement would have been to have some relaxing music during the session. Food cannot fault.

This is NOT a 5-star hotel. It's an average hotel; facility is very OLD. You can feel things falling apart in the room. Bathrooms are dated, slippery tubs, no exhaust. You will not be able to change AC thermostat, you have to call front desk, AC will not go below certain temperature (I guess energy consumption). Staff is welcoming, you will hear SAR SAR all the time, being an NRI, the expectation of money is very high. Breakfast is really good, but menu remains same everyday with few changes. I stayed for 4 nights once and 2 nights another time, breakfast was same every day. Best part is the location, very near to Airport.

This is not a 5 star. If you are comparing with other 5 stars in Ahmedabad!? Then you are definitely going to disappoint yourself. Super old fashioned rooms, dirty, dusty corridors, noisy with construction drilling and digging. Limited options in breakfast buffet. Staff hanging in one place chatting to each other, barely looking at the guests. It’s convenient to AMD airport, other than that, not designed for guest comfort or entertainment. Some 3 & 4 star hotels have better rooms and service.

The bellhop was engrossed in a conversation with the front desk and had to approach twice before we could get our luggage, which was a significant inconvenience considering our flight departure time.
