They stayed in contact throughout the trip, checking to be sure all was well and that we were enjoying our stay. The villa was immaculate with so much style. "Lovely stay on this peaceful location near two villages with panoramic viewsea across the mountains. House is set up for practical living......properly equipped kitchen, comfortable living area across a spacious ground and first floor apartments. Lovely pool and loads of seating/ tables. Easy drive to local beaches (we mainly went south of Gandia because it was quieter). We all loved it (family with daughters aged 9, 16, 19)"

"Arrived at property having booked for 3 month stay. Couldn't contact host, no answer to bell or phone tho friendly dog confirmed it wasn't empty. Pool was green and cloudy NOT as per photos. Do not book, should be removed from listing."

"The check in was fabulous and we had a lovely room (Room 1) that actually has a kettle! We had a terrace with views of Xativa Castle and also the town and valley, all framed by pine and cypress trees. Deb had injured her knee so was able to sit on the terrace, read her book and chill as we watched the sunset. We had breakfast both mornings at the hotel and the breakfast was fabulous and we ate far too much delicious food. After breakfast I had a wander around the grounds. The views really were spectacular, especially with the early morning mist, and you could see sections of the town walls stretching from the valley up to the castle. We ate one dinner in the hotel as Deb had already perused the menu, although I was somewhat sceptical. There were weird things like sea urchin, pig's ear, lamb gizzards and duck liver but I opted for sea bass and Deb had rabbit lasagna. The food was just magnificent. Right from the bread and olive oil, with the type of oil and its characteristics being explained to the main course and desserts there was nothing I could improve upon. I had two desserts - a cheesecake and a hazelnut mousse and both were fabulous. We left feeling full but not bloated, a lovely way to round off Deb's birthday. Our room was fabulously quiet, service throughout the hotel was impeccable, the room had modern heating/cooling if needed and a modern bathroom. There was a lovely seating area with panoramic views as well as a private terrace and there was plenty of pa"

"Lovely property. The room was clen and had everything we needed. The area is quiet and lovely to walk around. It is hard to park nearby but you can park closer to the centre of the town. The shared kitchen is very nice and well equipped and the shared bathroom as well. Very nice find and will most come back."
