With 55 m², the apartment is divided into two areas. The first includes a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed integrated into the living area, a bathroom with shower, a dining space and a small kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, full cookware, tableware and glassware. The living room features a large window overlooking the building’s inner courtyard, filling the space with pleasant light throughout the day.

The second area contains an independent bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a private bathroom with shower. This room stands out for its charm and historical character, preserving a decorative period fireplace and two original modernist cupboards restored as wardrobes. It also offers a spacious balcony with views, with a small table and chairs where you can enjoy a morning coffee or a drink at sunset.

The apartment includes air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV and a minibar (extra charge). Bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer and toiletries (gel, shampoo and body milk), as well as dressing gowns and slippers for extra comfort.

On the ground floor of the building, guests have access to a shared area with washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Although the accommodation has no reception, a member of staff is always available 24/7 to assist you quickly and discreetly whenever needed.
