  • Right on the beachfront (just 15 meters from the shore). Charming seaside-style apartment with wonderful sea views. A historic 19th-century building, lovingly restored with great attention to detail.
    The apartment is located in a very quiet yet central area of the seafront promenade.

    It features a terrace with sea views, a comfortable living room, dining area, and kitchen. There is a spacious master bedroom, plus two single bedrooms, and a full bathroom with bathtub.
    Free public parking is available nearby.

    Located in one of the famous Colorful Houses, a symbol of the Costa Blanca and a protected historical-artistic site.
