We always return to this hotel as we love the apartments and the staff are so friendly, helpful and professional .. will be back again !

Awful check in . You have to go into benidorm to pick the key up,.the pick up point is in a hotel 0at the reception..it doesn't tell u this I just happen to go into the hotel to ask where no 1 was. !?. Took half an hour for them to find the key , I had messaged the place twice for check in help .they ...

A tip when using the team there are not ticket machines and there warnings stating 100 euro fines I asked many locals where to purchase tickets and they didn't know but I found out eventually that you could purchase on the train
