Staff was very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and although some of the spaces are showing signs of minor deterioration, the rooms were clean and quiet.

Had an absolute blast staying at this wonderful hotel. 1 minute walk from Abando Metro Station and just around the corner from a street full of Pintxos/Tapas Bars. 10-12 minute walk from the Famous Guggenheim Museum to the Northwest, and roughly the same distance to Casco Viejo (Old Town) to the East across the river. There's a 24h shop just 2 minutes away. Staff are super helpful and caring. Cleaning is carried out daily and the breakfast buffet is spoiled for choice. Room service is available until 22:30. You are provided with a mini fridge as well as a shaving kit and a toothbrush and paste, The bar prices however make no sense since you can have the same for less just a minute walk away. But overall I had a fantastic time! Highly recommend!

Hôtel très bien situé , calme et joli

Arrived and was greeted by a helpful and friendly member of staff. Sorry didn’t get his name. He looked at our booking and said why had we booked that room as it was a small one. I explained it was last minute as our previous booking had cancelled on us. He upgraded us , we wouldn’t have asked, without hesitation. The room we were given was great. A huge bathroom with a bath and powerful shower. The bed was large and comfortable. Room was cleaned and coffee/ biscuits refreshed each day. The corridors were clean and smelt fresh. 5/10 min walk to old town and 15 to the G museum. I would definitely stay here and recommend.
