Villa Soro is a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood with excellent access to both Gros and the Old Town—an easy, pleasant walk. Parking was simple and stress-free, which we really appreciated. While the building and grounds are lovely, we found the restaurant/bar lacked atmosphere—more formal than cozy. The bed linens in our room felt a bit dated and could use refreshing to match the otherwise elegant setting. Breakfast was good quality and nicely presented, though not especially memorable. Overall, a comfortable stay in a great location, but a few details could be improved to meet expectations at this level.

"This was a lovely hotel, about a 30-50 minute walk to the main areas of San Sebastián(all downhill) the walk back was a little hard as it’s very uphill but there is a regular bus every 15 minutes for about €2, bus stop a short walk from the hotel.
