"Beautiful villa with the most amazing view."

"Cutest, most unusual setting I’ve ever stayed at. The room was a very clean renovated stable & property an old farmhouse. Parking was easy & close. The landscaping was stunning & views from the terrace and patios were incredible. The staff was so kind & restaurant food absolutely delicious with many local options "

"The views were beautiful. I really did not like the lighting throughout the hotel. It was way too bright. at night you cannot enjoy the outside view because the inside was so lit. The rooms could use better beds (a true king size bed instead of 2 twins). The rooms could be beautiful with a bit of tweak in design, "

"The breakfast at this hotel was very nice in a relaxing environment. The location was within walking distance to the beach and walking trails. The staff were especially welcoming and warm. The amenities were nice, but it was too cold to use the pool at this time of year, especially since the pool was unheated. The sun and hot tub are by appointment which makes for a relaxing environment. We booked the rooms with terraces and felt that they were agreed value with nice views, outdoor furniture, and outdoor shower. "

"We stayed for a family holiday and were a bit disappointed. One of the bedroom sheets had a musty smell to them and everything was a bit dirty. Good location but wouldn’t stay again. "

"Beautiful villa and pool in a wonderful location. We spent 2 weeks as a family of 5 (3 teenage children) here in August. The villa, grounds and surroundings surpassed our expectations. The view across the valley and sea is wonderful and the villa felt like a home from home. Everything is very well and lovingly maintained. It is a pleasant walk downhill and along a coastal path to Cala d'aiguafreda which has a good and reasonably priced beach bar (probably a 10 minute walk there but a little longer back as uphill) and another 5-10 minute walk around the coastal path to Sa Tuna beach with more cafes/bars. Begur village is a lovely village within 5 minutes driving distance from the villa and there are plenty more Spanish villages only a short drive away that are worth visiting. We also visited Girona for a day (by car) and took a day trip to Barcelon (by car and train) so we mixed a beach holiday with some city visits which was great and we all loved returning to the sanctuary of the villa and pool after a day exploring. The owners of the villa, Sian and John were brilliant. So responsive and helpful – nothing was too much trouble and it made the stay very special. We hope to return to the villa soon and would definitely recommend. "
