"L’accueil a été très chaleureux, comme toutes nos interactions avec le personnel de l’hôtel. La chambre très sympa, calme, propre, spacieuse Le petit déjeuner… incroyable ! Produits locaux, frais, faits maison, de saison. Rien que pour ça je pourrais aller à l’hôtel ! Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir "

"Great location. Parking was easy in the Vieux Port Ouest car park. Reception area and breakfast room very well decorated. Front office staff were very good before arrival with communication, and offered a welcome to us. Rooms were ready before the 3pm check in time. However, found the hotel staff generally indifferent especially the breakfast staff who weren’t welcoming and spent much of the time chatting in low tones to each other. Rooms were ok; mind the shower trays as they are VERY slippery! One of the rooms (216) only had a bath and no shower. We had advised we’d be travelling with our pet, and our room had been left with a dog bed and water bowls. The breakfast room welcomes dogs. Generally the hotel was ok, but I would look for another property if we came back to La Rochelle."

"The pool and sauna area closes too early to enjoy it on the evening of arrival. Then, early in the morning, someone started mowing the overgrown lawn with a loud riding mower right next to my first floor window. He could have started on the far part of the lawn to avoid disturbing guests until late morning / early afternoon."

"I am unable to comment on this property. As when we arrived they had no reservation for us. They have taken our money and between them and Expedia we had nowhere to sleep for 2 nights!!!! At this time we cannot decern who is to blame. We will chase Expeida customer services for more answers "

"Nous avons récemment séjourné dans cette maison de vacances et je ne peux que la recommander vivement ! La maison elle-même est magnifique – spacieuse, décorée avec goût et équipée de tout le nécessaire. La piscine était un véritable atout. Après une journée d'exploration, se détendre dans l'eau était un vrai bonheur, entouré par la tranquillité de l'endroit. L'emplacement calme est un endroit idéal pour se détendre et se ressourcer.Dès le début, la communication avec le propriètaire a été très agréable et pleine de bienveillance. Ils étaient toujours disponibles et réactifs, ce qui a ajouté une touche personnelle à notre expérience. On sent vraiment qu'ils ont une passion pour leur maison de vacances et pour leurs hôtes, et cela fait toute la différence.En résumé, des vacances parfaites !"

"Parking and WiFi great. La Rochelle is the place to visit with its old streets, cafes and the marina is the biggest I have ever seen!As stated the car is essential, but the Park & Ride is very easy to get to and the parking is free. I recommend downloading the Yélo App for the P&R bus."
