The most like about property is near by of some attraction and staff is very nice each individual. But not like about property is very noisy and small market out side where vendors selling fruit & veg. Otherwise staff is good with traditional breakfast include.

I had the most amazing experience at this hotel, the staff were friendly and very accommodating.
The cleanliness was on another level, bed sheets and towels were change daily.
The breakfast options were good, wih so much choice.
If I go to Marrakesh again, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Well done Ari Boutique

I don't know if the rooms in all riads are so sensitive to noise. I'm not sensitive, but the rooms are really very soundproof. Especially if you stay under the terrace, you can hear the chairs being pushed back and forth all the time. I can't understand why the riad managers don't do anything about this. The rooms are really very small and unfortunately musty due to humidity (we had to change rooms). The staff are really nice and make an effort. Unfortunately, they can't help the circumstances. The location is good. The breakfast has very little choice and is almost always the same. The riad managers can certainly make a big difference here with small changes. Otherwise you will continue to get a lower rating.
