"We booked one room with an extra pull out bed. Upon check-in in the room that bed was missing and the hotel blamed it on accuracy of Expedia. Upon lengthy argument they offered a different room. That was the only negative. "

"I thought it was a bit weird that we had crockery and cutlery, but had to wash our dishes in the bathroom basin as there was no kitchenette"

"Despite staying in the spa room option there is no spa, just a normal bath that didn't have jets. The view in the photos is also misleading - the room is located immediately across from the tennis court and pool with little privacy. Some of the cups weren't clean either and had to be washed before use. This was pretty considering the price. "

"Beautiful, modern room. Restaurant /bar very nice and staff super friendly and efficient. Only let down was that the pool was closed for 1 day and when open was zoned in lanes, so not a hotel/holiday vibe at all. "
