Staff friendly upon arrival :) They were very happy to keep my luggage to the side when I arrived early until I was ready to check in. Rooms were very decently sized, and you get an awesome view from the balcony! Definitely would stay again

Pool was good & the balcony was nice to sit out at night, one Staff member in particular was quite difficult to understand The bathroom had this terrible smell coming out of the floor drain, we had to put a towel over it so we couldn't smell it. The corner spa bath is very 80's & most difficult to get into it, there wasn't much room to get in the shower situated in the spa bath, water leaked all over the floor, made it very slipery, shower not cleaned very well

Good sized 2 bedroom unit but needed quite a few maintenance items carried out such as walls needed a fresh coat of paint,several globes needed replacing ,fan in bathroom needs updating just to name a few

Everything was exactly per the photos on the website - we loved our suite. We were booked for 7 nights - sadly the lift broke down after day 1 and remained that way for the remainder of our trip, meaning multiple stair climbs (a challenge for an older, overweight, unfit person who has had a hip replacement). Staff were very good providing regular updates but unfortunately the part required to fix the lift was not due to arrive until the day we left. The suite (2bedroom) was excellent - plenty of room for 3 of us, starter packs of tea and coffee, laundry detergent etc, pool towels. The room was very quiet and well situated with a view over pool and ocean. The pool and spa were great but really need a rail to assist with climbing in and out - we required assistance and provided assistance to others as well. There is limited parking and parking spaces are small so be aware of this. Location is good as far as walking into township - although be aware it is on a VERY steep hill.
