Fabulous holiday . Staff were amazing esp Zainab who helped us a lot through out our stay and Mohsen from reception with his smily face and welcoming attitude .
Room was spacious and service was great .
Great location near Sahet El Fenaa and El Hassira restaurant . We had a lovely time and Looking to going back again .

The property was clean and the room had lovely touches like rose petals and bottled water. What stood out was the staff, Amen was like our personal butler, he was always on hand to assist us with directions, tours and dinner recommendations.

Room was clean. Convenient location near souk. No shower curtain so bathroom all gets wet. Our room was next to reception so was noisy. We only stayed one night so was ok.

The stay was amazing. The staff were very nice and helpful along with making sure that we were happy and comfortable. Also, the breakfast was really good lol. It’s also a great area to stay as it’s close to mostly everything.

Staff was amzing, seems to be overrated for 5 stars, a negative point is that there lots of works going on, at the lobby can barely hear each others, i am sure someone can make the right suggestions
