I can confidently say that it was single handedly the staff, Ahmed and Anas that made our stay at the riad - exceptional!!! The rooms need an uplift, but any small shortage in the amenities was compensated by the exceptional attitude of the staff! Excellent location ! Excellent breakfast! The guide that they recommended for the Medina was great as well! I would only recommend that they upgrade the place with some quality amenities (hand soap, shampoo conditioner, extra pillows, brighter lighting) and they can easily give all the other riads a run for their money! Highly recommend it!

This is one of the highlights of our two-week trip to Morocco, and overall one of our favorite hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff was truly incredible, even by Moroccan standards (the Moroccan hospitality is unparalleled and we became accustomed to incredible welcoming service and attentive service throughout, but the Palais Amani team were on another level.) Nothing was out of the question if we asked, and they knew who we were from the very first day and always checked in to see how we were doing. We enjoyed 4 days here and would have loved even more time, from doing a spa package (pampering paradise for two), to lunch in the courtyard or on the roof, to evening drinks before dinner, to just sitting enjoying views over Fes from the rooftop. A truly beautiful hotel and memorable stay, we would (and already have!) recommend it to anyone going to Morocco in the future.

Beautiful Riad. We stayed as a family of four in the Fez Suite, which was luxurious. Service was excellent and breakfast delicious. Location close to Medina was convenient, yet also completely quiet inside. The only hiccough was the failure of the Riad’s driver to pick us up for our ride to the station at the end of our stay, who had otherwise been excellent on arrival. Thankfully it was easy to find a taxi just round the corner! But overall highly recommended. Thank you!

This place was simply fantastic. The lobby and my room were simply breathtakingly gorgeous. Some other reviews mention having had issues with rude staff but I had no such problems and was very pleased with every employee I encountered. I also took advantage of the hamman and massage and would highly recommend it. Lastly, the rooftop dining area offers a nice view and the breakfast is quite good. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful inside, nice rooms and staff nice. Breakfast solid too. Only issue is our room was on the bottom floor and near the kitchen (so could hear dishes being washed) and the bathroom seemed to share a window with a families living room. Overall it didn't really affect us but I suspect experience would be better in a room higher up in the building.
