"Location is a little far from the station, 25 win walk, but it had a (small) onsen. Hotel site says there is a convenience store ten minutes away, but there’s actually a large supermarket right next to the hotel and open till 10pm."

"Room was small but clean and comfortable enough for a night's stay. Very friendly and efficient staff and a great breakfast included. Excellent value!"

"If you are looking to experience how Japanese travel, sleep on tatami rooms and eat a good selection of Japanese food. Then this hotel is a good choice. Your room includes a breakfast and dinner buffetes and most people wear the colorful yukata provided by the hotel. The property is a bit out of date but the public bath is quite nice. Transportation into the city is limited and taxi is about $20 USD"

"Good location for onset. Bathroom smellish and bed linen spotted. All the rest was in order. Staff very helpful. There is no shuttle service to downtown Aizu Wakamatsu."
