The home was beautifully decorated and staged, but there are a few things that were missing and some things that made are stay a stressful and annoyed at times. - Not enough cooking pans/pots, ones there were old and rusty. - not enough towels for the amount of people staying in the unit- no toaster - parking was not always easily accessible - fridge was not functioning and we were not notified about it before our arrival (that was really disappointing and frustrated as the owner was aware before hand that the fridge was not working. - communication with owner leading up to arrival was very slow and not clear. We had to call VRBO for assistance (Rahul was amazing and super helpful) - entry code to get into home was incorrect so there was that delay. The owner was responsive once we had arrived and VRBO connected with him. Overall the house was very clean and the location was perfectly situated for us as it was 15mins to each arena we played at during my daughters hockey tournament. Thank you Stephanie L
