"This hotel is our families go to every time we are in Whitby for a sports event. It is in the centre of all the arenas and the hotel is always quiet, clean and all the staff are so friendly. I love that I can do my laundry before I go home."

"I stayed at Pickering Resort Casino for two months while my home was being repaired due to a flood, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience. The rooms are absolutely beautiful—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. What truly made the difference, though, was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was incredibly friendly, professional, and above all, supportive. Being displaced from my home was stressful, but their kindness and consistent hospitality made a tough time so much more manageable.
