"I had an excellent stay at the Pan Pacific. Amer at the front desk was so helpful. He arranged a lovely room for me and helped me check in early after a long flight which I super appreciated. I had a delicious meal at 5 Sails where Will waited on me with courtesy and professionalism. The meal was excellent, part of the Dine Out Vancouver extravaganza. My tuna appetizer was beautiful, the filet mignon was perfectly cooked and the chocolate gateau was a perfect ending. When they found out I could not drink red wine, the sommelier was fantastic and made some excellent pairings for me. Overall a wonderful, relaxing and entirely satisfactory stay! "

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. The location was fantastic! Close to public transport, groceries, restos, shopping. All within walking distance. We were able to charge our vehicule in hotel parking lot. I would definitely recommend it. "

"Staff were wonderful , especially Jose and Cameron specifically in the hotel , the ladies working at The Tide restaurant were amazing as well. The hotel was clean and spacious , we stayed for 4 nights and do not have a single thing to complain about. I wish they had a pool but I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Richmond BC! "
