The hotel is older (as are most in NOLA) but moderately well kept. We had a loft room that we couldn’t stay in because the loft area would not get cool. Maintenance even adjusted the vents with no help. The staff was wonderful though with accommodating us with another equivalent room. Although we will likely not stay here again (due to the aesthetics of the property) , I’d like to make it known that all of the staff were very kind and helpful. Also, a microwave was available on request. Btw…it was cheaper to park on the street but you have to pay every 2 hours vs daily.

The pool had an oil slick on the surface and did not look very clean. The toilet leaked every time it was flushed and the room needed a deep clean. The one desk chair in the room was covered in stains.

"Started off rocky, then turned out to be a amazing trip,met neighbors,played pool at their place,Driving the boat thingy was my least favorite thing but the driver I had was amazing and by the end of the trip I was ready to drive it! Awesome owner,would definitely stay again!"
