The Loews was nice I would definitely stay again. Our room had a smell like a pool or Chlorine. But other than that Nice soft beds and very clean. Staff were very nice and Security was on point!!! Nice hotel 8/10

Worst experience . They need better management.

The regular staff were helpful, but the substitute on the night shift was not considerate. On the night of July 4th, I was packing because I had a very early flight back to Chicago. When I could not get the safe open, I went down to the front desk. I was told that a ticket had been put in but there was no one to help that night. I explained that I was leaving the hotel at 5:15 a m, the only thing this dude could do was throw his arms up in the air in a not my problem way a because there was no one on site to fix it because of the holiday. I did get the safe open and I did get packed. However, minutes later, the hotel lost power due to a blown transistor on Bourban Street. I bet that guy sure wished he had someone on site then.
