"There is nothing like being footsteps to the beach and listening to the waves crashing as you sleep! This beachside condo is a little slice of paradise on the western coast of Oahu; away from the crowds and hustle/bustle. Being able to swim out your door every day....walking the beach at sunset - life doesn't get much better than that!"

"We had the absolute best time here and made so many memories. Beautiful location, so much space for our whole extended family (children from ages 2mo. - 7yo). We saw large turtles sunning every day and humpback whales in the distance. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some. Adele was wonderful to communicate with and was very communicative. There was a small bit of damage from the storms that did not impact us at all. The steam room was a great addition (the sauna took a bit long to heat up so we didn’t end up using that). There were so many toys and books for the kiddos to use as well as beach necessities. We loved that the location was out of the more touristy and populated areas and the small beach was so accessible. There was also a great lawn and deck area with enough room for everyone to hang out. We had the magnificently large windows open every morning when we woke up and evening for the sunset. We would love to come back!"

"We are at the airport flying back to Canada but we had a wonderful one week stay at the Hawaiian Princess penthouse apartment. The views are spectacular as is the beach. We picked up groceries at a Safeway before heading to our condo and we enjoyed having our breakfasts on the lanai and tried to get back for sunset most nights. Though we were here for the Kona low # 3 and had a day of wind/cloud and one day of heavy rain the other days were awesome. The beach and ocean were great for swimming. We toured the whole island with day trips - though got stuck in 2 hour hour rush hour traffic on the day we went to Waikiki. Beach house 604 was great for nearby dinner but we cooked at the condo a lot too. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was so comfy. I had a conference at the Disney resort for 2 days and this was just 25 mins away. I can highly recommend this place if you’re looking for stunning views, more room than a hotel and an amazing beach. Mahalo! "

"Pros: the view was great and easy access to the beach but due to the storms most of the sand was washed away; there was parking for our car; the neighbors were friendly and helpful; it was a pretty quiet neighborhood; had all we needed in the kitchen except pot holders; washer and dryer was nice to have and worked great; rooms were nice and beds comfortableCons: the ac quit working three days into our stay; internet was very unreliable; roof over the porch desperately needed repairing; BBQ grill needed cleaning and was full of ash; back doors were extremely noisy opening and closing them and only way to lock them was a board wedged in the frame. All in all I would stay there again if all the Cons were amended."

"Great condo! Amazing views, good location, comfortable layout. Our family of 5 fit perfectly and it was great for sunny and rainy days. Well stocked and the building features added to the fun with ping pong and outdoor tables for some dinner al fresco. Clean and organized. The owners were incredibly helpful as well. We’ll definitely be back. "

"We have stayed at the Hawaiian Princess before and it is our favorite place to stay. The room was very nice and clean and even had beach chairs and some goggle masks left behind. The host was excellent and promptly messaged me back with questions I had. The beach is always quiet and the views are breathtaking. The pool and hot tub are always a plus too. "
