"The house was stunning. We were right on the ocean, and a one minute walk to the beach, where we saw turtles daily, along with fish in the nearby tide pools. We met a few local neighbors who were super chill, along with 2 neighborhood goats :) The house being on the far northwest side of the island was a downside when planning the trip, however it ended up being just fine, as long as we avoided heavy traffic times. All the locals we came across in town were beyond lovely. I’m so glad we ended up staying there! Communication was excellent; Adele the property manager, was very easy to get ahold of when we had questions. If you go, please go support the nearby Kahumana food hub and farm/ restaurant. They are doing great things for the community! We look forward to staying there again, or at one of the other properties in their portfolio. Thank you Adele and Evelyn for an outstanding vacation!"

"The beach view is wonderful! The phenomenal sunsets readily available from the balcony or the shoreline speak of the Creator God who paints them with incredible beauty! Don't miss catching them!!!Kathy responded quickly to all my inquiries with accuracy. We had a small problem with the A/C which they were able to remedy within 10 minutes! We'd asked before arrival about the homeless in the area. We had no problems at all. They recommended good restaurants, some of which we enjoyed. Kathy went out of her way to make our stay extra comfortable!The master bed and towels are top notch! We also used the hideabed and found it comfortable. The surf was up so we were unable to snorkel at this location. The place has a good outdoor shower upon re-entering the gated condo enclosure. Parking lot is also gated. We felt safe and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only downside for us was the distance to things further away, like the northshore, but we knew it was far. We did not know the speed limit is 25-35 on the Farrington Hwy which needs to be accounted for in driving."

"The balcony view was incredible!!! The condo is very airy & comfortable. I made coffee every morning & enjoyed it on the balcony. The hostess was very kind & helpful! We definitely will be coming back!"

"The unit is worn, well-used, not everything works (no central AC; the portable cooler isn't adequate and very noisy), some light switches do not appear to operate anything. But the view from the sixth floor is spectacular and not so far above the beach that watching people playing in the surf was one of our favorite activities. There was a glitch over the key that the host took care of immediately.Would I go back? Probably."

"This is the perfect place to stay! The view doesn’t disappoint whatsoever! I do photography and I got some amazing sunset shots. The bed is comfortable and full of amenities."

"The condo at Hawaiian princes was excellent. The views of the ocean the cleanliness of the room and the laundry facilities that we had there was great. But the condo that I had at Mākaha Valley Towers, was dirty when I got in there, and it had dirty towels in the tub. I also had to wash my sheets to make sure I had clean sheets. I vacuumed the rooms and then I took the dirty towels in the tub and put them in a plastic bag. I let the host know about the situation. But I had a great time there. Love the pool at the property."
