The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. My one criticism is that there was no recycling of the remains of breakfast and the crockery and cutlery (which were all made of recyclable products). There was ample room to put individual recycling bins where the one general rubbish bin was situated. An ideal recycling opportunity missed.

The only problem I had was that the property is set in the middle of a business zone that isn't easy to navigate. It was very good otherwise.

The staff was nothing short than amazing. They were very professional and tried to accommodate my every need and did. They had a good sense of humor and I didn’t realize how much I needed that being as stressed as I was. I was forced into a hotel while my home was cleaned. It wasn’t easy, especially with a new school year starting but the staff made it an easier transition than I imagined. The breakfast was great. The time there was just so good and I wish I was able to stay longer. We actually became members of the Choice Program because we were so comfortable with the stay and how we were treated. The ONLY thing I didn’t like, was the smell in my specific hotel room. It was very clean, but it smelled like they may have missed a spot and it lingered the smell of urine. I was so comfortable in the staff that I know for sure that if I mentioned it, they would’ve corrected it, but we didn’t feel like moving to another room and ignored the smell.

Had a good breakfast but our room was infested with ants. I ended up moving my bags into my car at night because the ants were biting me in the bed. Was only staying there for one night so it wasn’t worth trying to get another room because of bugs are in one room they’re most likely in the others too. Pool was dirty and not cleaned with silt at the bottom of the pool. Property was deceptively not upkept by building staff. I travel all around the country and I would not recommend this hotel. Carpet stains on floor and clearly not vacuumed because of the dirt visible

Nick on the front desk went above and beyond helping us with directions to various places and sorting out the wi-fi on our mobile phones. The breakfast was very good and always kept lovely and clean in this area.

Overall I had a good stay. The breakfast was surprisingly well-stocked and diverse. Breakfast and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room and common areas were kept clean and in good condition. My only issue was that both the fridge and air conditioning in the room would be quite loud at times. No vacancies made it impossible to move rooms but staff did offer to come and inspect with WD-40. I appreciated the effort and ended up turning off the fridge unit.

I feel terrible leaving a low rating. The staff was amazing. However my room was discussing and noise from the bathroom ceiling kept me up all night. Stained floor and water on carpet next to the a.c !!

I was under the impression the hotel was in "downtown" Akron not in the middle of highways. No place to walk or shop if I needed something. The pool was a joke. The cost per night was way too much. I was very disappointed.
